Head of UX Design & Design System (Remote)

HR Acuity is seeking a Lead UX Designer to set the design vision for our Product organization and lead a team of designers and researchers. This remote, US-based role will shape how our design system evolves and ensure every product experience reflects deep understanding of ER professionals, managers, and employees.
You will stay hands-on while guiding strategy, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and advocate for accessibility.
