Business Relationship Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Business Relationship Manager to join the team of a leader in the Legal & Accounting space.

This role will serve as a trusted connector between business leaders and technology teams, ensuring priorities are aligned and service delivery supports the firm's strategic goals. The position will focus on strengthening stakeholder relationships, translating business needs into actionable technology outcomes, and improving operational effectiveness across the organization. It will also require strong executive communication and the ability to balance tactical execution with long-term planning in a complex professional services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $185,000 annually

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture partnerships with IT and business leaders

Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and address feedback with executive leaders

Align business needs with IT service offerings and manage project expectations

Communicate technical matters clearly to diverse audiences and prepare executive presentations

Drive innovative use of technology to meet strategic objectives and improve operations

Act as a subject matter expert while minimizing operational risks for the enterprise

Provide mentorship and direction to junior team members

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

6+ years of experience in business relationship management or a related field

Preferred background in legal environments

Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building across diverse stakeholders

Ability to manage strategic and tactical interests effectively

Strong situational awareness and problem analysis capabilities

Excellent communication skills in written, visual, and verbal formats
