Compensationincludes salary + commission, has no cap, with the ability to earn more than $100K per year.

We are a privately held Oil & Gas service company focused on well-site geological services that prides itself on providing great value to our customers with integrity to the contiguous US Land market. Columbine was founded in 1980 as a Denver-based regional provider of mud logging and well-site geologic services for the D-J Basin and central Rockies. Today, Columbine is an industry leader across the entire contiguous US.

We're looking for a true go-getter. Someone who can owner their territory, build rapport and lasting relationships with Geologists, Operations Geologists, and Drilling Engineers, and loves hunting down new opportunities. You'll need to be sharp enough to understand our technical service offerings and convey the value of our geotechnical services in a way that resonates with technical and non-technical audiences alike.

Requirements
Skills Needed to Succeed:

Develop relationships to achieve sales growth and customer retention

Schedule in person meetings as well as Teams meetings with customers and prospective customers (periodic travel required)

Grow market share and revenue within your assigned territory

Cold calling (leads supplied)

Use a Customer Relationship Management system in association with all sales activity

Great time management skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Requires travel between 25-50% of the time for in person client meetings and conferences

Ability to manage the pressure associated with shifting priorities, deadlines, and/or goals
