AndCo Hospitality in Florida is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead digital strategy, CRM and demand generation across our resort brands in Florida and Colorado. This is a hands-on, commercially oriented leadership role that will own the marketing budget and drive growth.
Based in Kissimmee with a hybrid schedule (60% on-site, 40% remote), you will build annual plans, optimize campaigns, manage agencies, and partner with Revenue Management to grow direct bookings.
