We are looking for a caring, compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our assisted living team. You will play an important role in supporting residents to live as independently as possible, while ensuring they receive the highest standard of care, dignity and respect.

Key responsibilities

Providing person-centred support tailored to each resident’s individual needs.

Assisting with daily living activities.

Supporting residents with meals and appointments in line with care plans and policies.

Encouraging independence, choice and participation in daily activities.

Building positive and trusting relationships with residents, families and colleagues.

Maintaining accurate and confidential care records.

Promoting a safe, welcoming and comfortable living environment.

Reporting any concerns or changes in residents’ wellbeing to the appropriate senior staff member.
