Splitting your time between Alani Nu and Rockstar, you'll support creative across packaging, campaigns, POS, retail, digital, social and broader brand touchpoints.Alani Nu is a fast-growing wellness brand dedicated to empowering women and bringing a fresh, energetic perspective to the health and wellness space. You'll collaborate closely with creative leadership, copywriters, project management, marketing and production partners to bring work to life across channels.ResponsibilitiesExecute high-quality creative across packaging, campaigns, POS and retail, digital, social and broader brand touchpoints for both Alani Nu and RockstarTranslate creative briefs, strategic direction and established creative concepts into thoughtful, highly crafted visual solutionsTake ownership of design execution across assigned projects from exploration and development through final productionBuild and adapt assets across print, digital, social and in-store formats, ensuring visual cohesion and high-quality outputDevelop layouts, mockups and visual presentations to effectively communicate design solutionsContribute to concept development through mood boards, design exploration, visual research and ideationSupport CGI concepting and development through visual references, compositional thinking and design explorationMaintain a strong understanding of both Alani Nu and Rockstar visual identities, ensuring each brand remains distinct and consistent across all deliverables and touchpointsApply established campaign and brand systems across channels, formats and retail environments while maintaining the integrity of the creativeCollaborate closely with copywriters, project management, marketing leads and other creative team members to bring work to lifePartner with production teams to ensure assets meet technical specifications, production requirements and brand standardsParticipate actively in creative reviews, responding thoughtfully to feedback and bringing a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to iterationManage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality, organization and accountability against deadlinesStay current on design trends, cultural aesthetics, emerging creative tools and the competitive landscape
