Public Affairs Manager

City of Odessa, Texas seeks a Communications Director to plan, coordinate, and direct the City's communications, public information, marketing and branding. You'll collaborate with City departments to publish timely information and manage media relations.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years' public communications experience; on-call during emergencies is expected. This is a full-time, on-site position in Odessa, TX.
