The Marketing Manager will lead the overall marketing function for the company's portfolio of eight businesses. This role is responsible for developing marketing strategies, establishing brand direction, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring that marketing activities support the individual goals of each company.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement an overall marketing strategy for the eight companies.
Establish marketing objectives, priorities, and KPIs for each company.
Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
Identify target audiences and appropriate marketing channels.
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research.
Identify opportunities for brand growth and market positioning.
Brand Management
Establish and maintain consistent brand standards across all companies.
Ensure that marketing activities align with each company's identity, services, and target audience.
Develop brand positioning and messaging in collaboration with management.
Oversee the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
Campaign & Project Management
Plan and oversee marketing campaigns from concept through execution.
Coordinate with the Social Media & Content Specialist and Creative & Design Specialist.
Establish timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
Coordinate with company representatives to gather information and obtain approvals.
Ensure marketing activities are completed on schedule.
Performance & Reporting
Establish marketing KPIs and reporting systems.
Analyze marketing and social media performance.
Track campaign results and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare monthly/quarterly marketing reports for management.
Make data-driven recommendations.
Team Leadership
Provide direction and priorities to the marketing team.
Review and approve marketing strategies and campaigns.
Manage marketing workflows and processes.
Coordinate with company leadership and relevant departments.
Identify future marketing needs and recommend additional resources as the department grows.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a management or strategic role.
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media.
Experience managing multiple projects or brands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to analyze marketing data and performance metrics.
Preferred
Experience managing multiple companies or brands.
Experience in B2B marketing.
Experience with construction, architecture, engineering, real estate, or other related industries.
Experience with CRM, email marketing, SEO, or paid advertising.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting platforms.
