Talent Brand Content Specialist
to help our client grow their talent brand through engaging content, social media, innovative campaigns, and authentic employee storytelling. This role will support a new company following a spin-off and will play an important part in building brand awareness and employer exposure. The ideal candidate is a creative generalist who understands social media trends, can execute creative campaign ideas, and is comfortable creating content across design, social, and video.
What You’ll Do
Create and publish short-form written, visual, and multimedia content for social and candidate-facing channels.
Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and web, with Instagram being a key focus.
Create social content, campaign ideas, taglines, employee testimonials, and other talent brand content.
Support multimedia such as video creation, following established brand standards, voice, and video guidelines.
Design graphics, presentations, and digital assets using Canva.
Support talent brand and recruitment marketing campaigns, career sites, talent communities, hiring events, email campaigns, and employee stories.
Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to showcase authentic employee experiences.
Manage content calendars and support approximately 5–7 campaigns at a time, at various stages of the life cycle.
Track content and campaign performance and share insights and recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Portfolio of work, focusing on social media and content
3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, recruitment marketing, employer branding, communications, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience managing social media content and content calendars.
Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
Experience/exposure creating and editing short-form video content.
Familiarity with photography, video production, and social media analytics.
Strong organizational, collaboration, and project management skills.
A creative mindset with knowledge of social media trends and an eye for design.
