Director of Community Marketing, Sales & Outreach

Belvedere Senior Housing in Merrillville, IN is seeking a full-time Marketing & Sales Lead to drive occupancy through creative campaigns and targeted outreach. You will oversee the community marketing and sales program, and deliver guided tours to prospective residents and families.
You will build relationships with physicians, senior centers, and home health providers, manage paid and digital channels, and align marketing with sales to generate leads and revenue.
