Vice President / Senior Relationship Manager

to join its growing team in Cincinnati.
This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalized organization with a significant presence across private markets and credit. The team is expanding its presence in the private credit space and is looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships across the investment ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will bring a combination of

relationship management experience, strong market knowledge, commercial judgment, and an established professional network . Experience working with institutional investors, financial institutions, intermediaries, sponsors, or other sophisticated market participants is highly valued.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of private markets and credit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Ideal Background

7+ years of relevant experience within asset management, private credit, investment banking, specialty finance, or a related field
Strong understanding of credit and private markets
Established network within relevant financial markets
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to build credibility and relationships with senior-level stakeholders
