Director, BYLVAY Marketing
Leads strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives to grow the adult hepatology segment, focusing on awareness, education, and stakeholder engagement, primarily targeting healthcare providers.
Develop annual tactical plans and budgets.
Manage brand positioning and messaging for US markets.
Integrate global and local strategies.
Oversee field training.
Ensure cohesive brand narratives.
Drive revenue, profitability, and market share through cross-functional collaboration with sales teams, market analysis, and performance monitoring.
Lead cross-functional team efforts, leveraging research insights, and managing congress and stakeholder engagement activities.
Qualifications: at least 12 years of biopharma commercial experience, with a minimum of 7 years in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing; sales or field experience preferred. Must possess strong scientific and medical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to navigate complex therapeutic landscapes, particularly in rare liver diseases like PFIC and Alagille syndrome. Must be proficient in regulatory compliance for promotional activities, with a Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or advanced degree a plus.
The position is hybrid in Cambridge, MA, with travel to conferences and meetings. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support a marketed rare disease therapy with ongoing research in additional indications.
