This position offers flexibility to work from home on scheduled days after a probationary period.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.

OR

Associate's Degree and two years of full-time experience performing administrative support, data entry, data management, or data analytics.

Substitution of education for experience:

Full-time experience performing administrative support, data entry, data management, or data analytics may be substituted for the required education on a year-to-year basis up to four years.

Overview

The Data Producer works with the Office of Recovered Materials in our Nashville Central Office. This position offers the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders across multiple State and Federal agencies, interact with both internal and external customers,

Responsibilities

Review documentation for grants to ensure compliance with grant conditions.
Enter and review grant data into the Grant Management System (GMS) and review for accuracy.
Provide any required administrative support for awarded grants.
Assist prospective grant recipients to fully understand the provisions of contracts, grants, and matters pertaining to the proper submission of grant actions.
Assure stakeholders are properly informed of grant contract terms, conditions, and scopes of services.
Assist with statewide training, such as, but not limited to, the grant application process for stakeholders.

TN Driver Standards

State of Tennessee positions that may involve driving responsibilities require candidates to meet the following minimum driver qualifications:
