Director, USAC Commercial Transformation

Role

Lead USAC commercial transformation initiatives, focusing on adopting new operating models and driving process redesign to shift from shipment-based to consumer/POS-driven sales.
Responsibilities

manage transformation roadmap, facilitate change management, optimize governance and decision-making processes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and enterprise transformation.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in program management, commercial excellence, or change management, ideally in consumer, retail, or highly matrixed environments; experience in large-scale transformation, process redesign, and organizational change.
Preferred

Master's in Business or related field, experience with revenue growth management, trade optimization, and building transformation governance.
High-Value

Consumer-packaged goods or consumer-facing sectors; focus on sales, margin, promotional effectiveness, point-of-sale;
Location/Travel

role is on-site at Maplewood, MN, with up to 20% domestic travel; role duration through mid-2028 with potential extension.
