Pay Range: $75000 - $80000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop

architectural design and construction documents

in Revit.

Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, development, and construction teams.

Support projects from

programming through construction administration .

Apply

building codes, design principles, detailing, and constructability

requirements.

Lead/participate in design, consultant, and project team meetings.

Resolve technical, coordination, and scope-related issues.

Support

QA/QC, code reviews, specifications, and material/finish selections .

Mentor and guide junior staff.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Must have skills: - Revit, BIM, Architectural Construction Documentation, Building Codes & Code Compliance, Constructability & Project Coordination.

4+ years

of relevant architectural experience.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Architecture

or related technical degree.

Strong

Revit and BIM

experience.

Strong knowledge of

architectural documentation, building codes, and constructability .

Experience with project coordination and construction documentation.

Strong

communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration

skills.

Preferred:

Adobe Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, LEED AP/WELL AP .
