Drive the evolution from standard social publishing to an audience-first strategy
Translate platform trends, performance data, and paid media insights into strategic recommendations
Advise Talent Marketing leadership and implement data-backed social initiatives
Establish and maintain social media best practices, brand governance, and compliance
Evaluate agency partnerships supporting social moderation and community management
Develop and lead associate influencer and executive social programs
Partner with video and blog content teams to optimize production for social performance
Identify and implement tools, processes, and methodologies to create, measure, and scale social media efforts
Monitor and respond to conversations across social channels as the voice of Capital One Careers
Design and maintain social reporting connecting platform metrics to talent acquisition outcomes and social ROI
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and paid media campaigns
At least 3 years of experience in content and creative development
Preferred: at least 5 years of social media experience for consumer or candidate audiences
Preferred: 1 year of experience adapting social media approach due to impact on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy
Experience working at, or partnering closely with, agencies or internal creative teams
Experience working for a large, highly matrixed or Fortune 100 company
Experience working on an employer brand, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition team
Experience using Sprinklr, Canva, or other social media management tools and platforms
Project management experience
Ability to manage details while maintaining the broader picture
Passion for marketing and branding and keeping up with the latest social media and digital branding developments
Ability to pivot quickly between tasks and adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
