Senior Store Lead & Customer Experience Advocate

The Salvation Army Syracuse ARC is seeking a Senior Sales Associate to support the store's sales, production, and budget goals while contributing to a positive work environment. You will assist in staffing, payroll, interviews, training, and supervision, and help maintain a well-stocked shop.
The role also backs up the Store Manager/Assistant Manager and supports the work therapy program for ARC beneficiaries, adhering to all policies and required regulations.
