Graphic Designer (Technical Artist 3-5) - 30110HII's Mission Technologies division is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer (Technical Artist 3-5) to join our team at HII Mission Technologies, supporting defense and military communications through various forms of digital media content production. This role requires a creative professional who can handle sensitive information while delivering high-quality visual solutions across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing Graphic Designer expertise used in developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Identity Management (IdM) systems and cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and critical infrastructure for our government and military clients. They will provide operational support to IdM physical and virtual activities, and will work independently or in a small teams developing digital media content and providing recommendations to fulfill IdM requirements.Essential Job Responsibilities:Create and edit digital media content including images, videos, and animationsDevelop original graphic designs for military and defense-related projectsProduce professional print materials and interactive UX/UI designsExecute photography assignments and post-production editingCreate 2D/3D graphics and animations for technical presentationsMaintain digital content production studio standardsMinimum Qualifications:Level 3: 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.Level 4: 9 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 4 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.Level 5: 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph (required)5+ years of professional experience in graphic designExperience with various techniques applied to identity management methodologiesExperience in defense or government sector, including but not limited to the Intelligence Community, CCMDs (J2X/3X), or Federal Law Enforcement in the specialty areas of CI/HUMINT, Cyber, SIGINTProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with video editing software (Premier Pro, After Effects)Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and HTMLStrong portfolio demonstrating various digital media projectsMeet HII's Mission Technologies DivisionOur team of more than 7,000 professionals worldwide delivers all-domain expertise and advanced technologies in service of mission partners across the globe.
