Community Manager: Lead Teams, Drive Occupancy & Community Growth

YES Communities is seeking a Community Manager in Arizona to lead daily operations, manage staff, and ensure resident satisfaction across our manufactured housing communities. You will oversee budgets, marketing, leasing, and events while maintaining safety and asset protection.
The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, plus a valid in-state driver’s license. You will report to the Regional Manager and travel as needed.
