Managing Account Supervisor, Corporate Affairs

Develop client programs, manage projects, write strategic plans, report on trends, develop staff, and manage finances
Serve as key liaison among clients, account teams, and agency management
Manage day-to-day account needs and foster client-agency relationships
Provide strategic guidance, anticipate and address client needs, and troubleshoot problems
Motivate team members, review work, provide constructive feedback, and encourage professional development
Build knowledge of clients’ businesses and competitive environments
Develop proactive and reactive media strategies, thought leadership, and executive visibility programming
Write and edit internal communications, correspondence, and plans
Manage account financials, including budgets, timesheets, billing, invoicing, and purchase orders
Leverage agency resources to deliver value to clients
Build incremental business and participate in new business programming and presentations
Monitor industry trends and share relevant insights with clients and associates
Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in a public relations agency or similar position
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects and teams
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing, or a related field preferred
