Owning the end-to-end organic search strategy, the full-time remote Senior SEO/AEO Manager will manage technical SEO execution, content direction, and AI search optimization while collaborating with sales and the BDR team to align keyword targeting with customer insights.
Key responsibilities

Lead technical SEO fixes in WordPress, including indexing, crawlability, and site architecture
Develop and implement Venn's SEO and AEO strategy, focusing on keyword architecture and content priorities tied to revenue pipeline
Report on organic performance metrics that influence pipeline, collaborating with sales and BDR teams for insights

Required qualifications

4-5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of delivering results
Proficiency in WordPress with the ability to resolve technical issues independently
Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, including crawling, indexing, and structured data
Curiosity and knowledge about AI search and AEO trends
Experience working cross-functionally and translating SEO strategies into business terms
