Field Event Marketing Lead — Lead Gen & Team Growth

LeafGuard is seeking a Field Event Marketing Lead to drive on-site lead generation and manage a team across home shows, fairs, and events. Build partnerships with local retailers and community organizations to expand presence and drive sales appointments.
You will recruit, train, and guide a marketing team, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure targets are met through effective event execution and sponsorship programs with regional support. Occasional travel and nontraditional hours required.
