Job PositionThis position is covered under the Federal Excepted Service under Title 10 United States Code, Section 1746 and Title 5, Code of Federal Regulations Schedule A, Section 213.3106(h). Selections may be made at any advertised grade/band: AD-11 (Band A) or AD-12 (Band B). Each increasing grade/band level will entail further knowledge, skills and abilities and complex duties that may be commensurate with compensation.
