Leading cross-discipline teams in a fully remote environment, the full-time Producer III will manage project estimation, budgeting, and scheduling while ensuring timely delivery and quality standards across software development projects.
Key responsibilities
Own the estimation, budgeting, planning, prioritization, and scheduling of software project tasks from concept to release
Track project schedules and budgets against contractual commitments while identifying critical path risks and implementing mitigation plans
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external project resources to eliminate roadblocks and ensure successful task completion
Required qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in a software development Producer and/or Project Manager role
Previous experience with video game development, completing five development cycles and shipping at least three titles
Expert use of project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
Professional experience with Unity, Unreal, or other game engines
Strong financial and business acumen relevant to project management
