Health Superstar is hiring a Bilingual Videographer & Social Media Content Creator - On-site, Boca Raton, FL, USA.

We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and highly motivated Bilingual Videographer & Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who understands social media, enjoys creating engaging content, and is comfortable filming in a fast‑paced business environment. You’ll be responsible for capturing both short-form and long-form content, helping manage social media platforms, and working closely with our team to consistently produce high‑quality content.

You’ll also work directly on content for Leo Horacio’s business and personal brand, helping capture day‑to‑day moments, educational content, podcasts, business content, and social media videos.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just know how to use a camera—we want someone who understands what performs on social media and knows how to turn ideas and everyday moments into engaging content.

What You’ll Be Doing

Filming short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Stories, Facebook, and other platforms

Filming long-form content, including YouTube videos, podcasts, interviews, educational videos, and business content

Helping manage and grow a YouTube channel, including uploads, organization, clips, titles, and basic optimization

Posting content multiple times per day across different social media platforms

Filming and assisting with content for Leo’s business and personal brand

Capturing behind-the-scenes and day-to-day content when opportunities arise

Sending raw footage and properly organized clips to our video editor

Performing basic video editing when needed, including cutting clips, adding captions, creating hooks, and adapting videos to trending formats

Repurposing long-form videos and podcasts into engaging short-form clips

Staying up to date with social media trends, viral sounds, hooks, formats, and content styles

Helping brainstorm new content ideas and creative concepts

Collaborating with the team to plan, film, organize, and execute content

Keeping video files and footage organized for easy access by the team and editors

Reviewing content performance and identifying opportunities to improve future videos

Maintaining a consistent content schedule and completing projects on time

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with videography, social media, and digital content creation

Previous experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, or similar platforms

Proven experience growing social media pages or creating content that has generated strong views, engagement, or viral performance

Comfortable filming other people and being around filming regularly

Good understanding of both short-form and long-form content strategy

Understanding of hooks, storytelling, retention, trends, and what makes people stop scrolling

Creative and able to bring new ideas to the table

Organized, reliable, and able to work consistently without needing constant supervision

Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail

Comfortable collaborating with business owners, team members, and editors

Experience helping grow a YouTube channel or personal brand is a major plus

Requirements

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Prior social media/content creation experience is required

Videography experience is required

Must be comfortable filming both short-form and long-form content

Must understand major social media platforms and current content trends

Basic video editing skills are required

Must be organized and able to manage large amounts of footage and content

Must be dependable and able to meet deadlines

Must submit examples of social media accounts, YouTube channels, videos, or other content you have worked on

Applicants who can demonstrate real growth, views, engagement, or other performance metrics are strongly preferred

Pay: Hourly

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
