Headwear Senior Designer — Concept to Production, Hybrid

Boston Scally is seeking a Level II Sr. Designer to own the creative design process from concept through production, developing headwear across silhouettes, seasonal collections, core programs, collaborations, and special projects.
You'll collaborate with Product Development, Merchandising, Marketing, and manufacturing partners to turn big ideas into wearables that capture Boston culture and storytelling while balancing quality, cost, and feasibility.
