Performance Digital Designer - Social & Email

Fi Money in New York City seeks a Digital & Performance Designer to own the look, feel, and performance of our paid and organic social assets and email creative. Youll translate campaign briefs into scroll-stopping, on-brand content across Meta and beyond, while supporting the visuals behind our email marketing program.
This is a hands-on, high-output role for someone who understands that great design converts as well as it looks and uses performance data to back up decisions.
