Marketing Cloud Consultant

Marketing Cloud Consultants will guide clients through the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Account Engagement (Pardot). This role involves assessing client needs, designing tailored solutions, and providing strategic technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of marketing strategies, strong problem-solving skills, and experience implementing technical marketing solutions including journeys and market segmentation.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to analyze marketing needs and design customized Marketing Cloud solutions

Develop marketing strategies that leverage Marketing Cloud features and best practices

Design and implement scalable solutions using modules such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio

Integrate Marketing Cloud with other Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Configure Data Extensions to support targeted campaigns and marketing segments

Optimize solutions for A/B testing, dynamic content strategies, and continuous improvement based on campaign performance metrics

Conduct training and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and internal teams

Maintain expertise on Marketing Cloud advancements and marketing trends to enhance client strategies

About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in Marketing Cloud implementation and optimization

Experience leading marketing strategies across multiple channels

Strong communication and client relationship management skills

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions effectively

Expertise with various Marketing Cloud features such as Distributed Marketing and Marketing Cloud Intelligence

Salesforce certifications, such as Marketing Cloud Consultant, Email Specialist, or Developer (preferred)

Experience with Data Cloud (preferred)
