Trade Marketing Representatives- Jonesboro Arkansas

Salary: $75,000 base + 12% quarterly bonus (team-based) Territory-Based: Lakeland FL
What You’ll Do Execute territory sales and merchandising plans for retail accounts.
Build strong relationships with retail partners through regular store visits.
Negotiate product placement, promotions, and merchandising opportunities.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
Analyze sales trends, market activity, and competitor performance.
Educate retailers on category management and merchandising best practices.
Maintain accurate reporting and performance metrics.
What We're Looking For High school diploma required; college graduates encouraged to apply.
Experience in retail sales, trade marketing, merchandising, or FMCG preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn sales data into actionable insights.
Experience with Trade Marketing Execution (TME) software is a plus.
