Social Media Content Creator InternThe Fulbright College of Arts and Sciences seeks a creative, motivated, and media-savvy Social Media Content Creator Intern to join our communications team. This intern will play an active role in developing engaging social media content that highlights the people, programs, and experiences that make Fulbright College a vibrant academic community.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current social media trends, be comfortable in front of and behind the camera, and possess a passion for storytelling through short-form video and visual media. Interns will work alongside the office's full-time staff members and additional student interns to strategize and produce social media content for the college's social media channels. Duties include but are not limited to:Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.) for Fulbright College's social media platforms.Develop creative concepts and content calendars in collaboration with the college communications team.Capture authentic, first-person and point-of-view content that showcases campus life, student experiences, and college initiatives.Occasionally create or capture content outside regular office hours (e.g., during campus events, student activities, or other timely opportunities).Assist with day-to-day social media management, including posting, community engagement, and performance tracking.Brainstorm and pitch new ideas that align with college priorities, audience interests, and current social media trends.Support photography, event coverage, and other multimedia storytelling efforts as needed.Other content creation projects may be assigned, as this internship will be specifically tailored to the strengths and interests of the intern.
