Purpose/Objective of the Role:

To assist Academic Assistant and Faculty with operations of the department and preparation for classes
Tasks & Responsibilities:

Check Mail/duplicating
Update website and lobby bulletin boards
Create and post flyers for upcoming events, attend events
Answer visitor questions and provide building directions
Qualifications:

Canva experience for making flyers and other documents
General office skills
Potential Future Career Benefit:

To gain experience in general office skills
Become familiar with the working of an academic office
Develop relationships and networking skills
Employment sponsorship is not available for this position. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
Commitment: 10-12 hours per week
Term: Fall 26 & Spring 27, temporary, part-time position
