2nd Shift Production Supervisor - Lean & Safety Focus

Johnson Controls in Albany, MO is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for our 2nd shift. You will lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced manufacturing setting, ensuring daily production goals are met with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
You will direct workflows, monitor costs, coordinate with engineering on improvements, and coach staff. A university degree or equivalent experience plus Lean exposure is preferred. OT Fridays may be required.
