What you'll do as: Customer Experience Expert
Provide excellent customer service over the phone
Resolve customer concerns regarding products and orders
Process and confirm customer orders accurately
Maintain accurate inventory records
Utilize Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking
Preferred Candidate Might:
Previous inside sales or customer service experience
Experience in plumbing supply or similar industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office products
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
