Tampa Bay Regional Hotel Sales Leader

Naples Hotel Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue across 3-4 select-service hotels in the Tampa Bay Area. You will lead direct sales initiatives, manage key accounts, and partner with Marriott/Hilton/IHG and other brands to maximize opportunities.
The role requires a four-year degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years in multi-hotel sales, with travel up to 20% and 40-50 hour weeks as salaried work. Local residency in the Tampa Bay area is preferred.
