Product Manager

to join our team in Bentonville, Arkansas and own the product development lifecycle across a wide range of categories, including fishing lures, airguns, travel goods, and pet accessories. You'll work closely with our Head of Product and Creative Team to keep every project on schedule and every stakeholder aligned.

Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Product and Creative Team to manage new product designs and drive development milestones from concept through finished production across fishing lures, airguns, travel goods, and pet chew toys
Communicate directly with overseas factories and partners to secure approvals needed to finalize products for commercialization
Request, receive, and coordinate product submits, including samples, packaging, and production materials, and ensure creative team feedback is delivered on time
Prepare 3D prints for creative and management team review
Kick off the packaging design process as products near finalization, and collaborate cross-functionally to finalize art files
Maintain accurate product documentation, specifications, and costing records
Monitor each product's status throughout the development lifecycle, flag potential delays or production issues early, and keep internal teams updated
Collaborate across Product, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution
Support continuous improvement of product development processes and communication workflows
Make yourself available for occasional after-hours calls with overseas factories

Required Qualifications
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Exceptionally organized, with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail and follow-through
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively in an in-office, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Product Development, Merchandising, or a related field
3 years of professional experience in product management, product development, merchandising, or a related role
Experience working with overseas manufacturers and suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Asana, NetSuite, and other project management tools
