Sitecore Page Building And Maintenance Specialist This role will focus primarily on hands-on Sitecore page building and maintenance to support ongoing content migration and post-migration updates. These individuals will work from reports and governance-driven priorities, making targeted page updates where content has changed since initial migration. This role will also be helping to train/coach Site Owners as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain pages within Sitecore using Content Editor, Page Builder and components
Review existing reports in the legacy systems to identify pages that have changed since original build
Cross-check completed builds against Jira boards and migration records
Execute page updates and maintenance aligned to content governance priorities
Collaborate with content governance and site owners to clarify change requests
Provide light training and walkthroughs to content authors while respecting their autonomy
Support adoption of newer Sitecore AI capabilities (new vs. legacy functionality)
Required Skills & Experience:
Sitecore build and content authoring experience (migrations preferred)
Comfortable working from reports rather than net-new page design
Experience supporting post-migration cleanup and refinement
Strong people skills; able to sit with site owners and walk through changes
Jira experience or comfort working from Agile backlogs
Familiarity with governance-driven workflows
Experience authoring and formatting web content using Sitecore, including proficiency with the Rich Text Editor (WYSIWYG) and a working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
Exposure to SitecoreXM Cloud or XP or SitecoreAI (newer rollout)
Experience supporting enterprise intranets or healthcare environments
Some training or enablement experience
Exposure to Healthcare HR is a plus
