We’re seeking a talented and driven Mid-weight Visual Designer to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have expertise in visual, motion, brand, and digital design. As a Visual Designer at ELMNTL you will partner with other creative team members to create brilliant industry-leading work for a wide portfolio of clients across beauty, lifestyle and hospitality brands.
Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with your team across disciplines on a daily basis working on a variety of design-led projects across the digital landscape
Work on projects that involve: Digital Visual Design, Brand Identity, Content Production, Email Marketing, Social Campaigns, Video Editing and Paid Media
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop campaigns that will execute across a wide variety of mediums
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process
Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for accuracy
Contribute to the creation of design solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
Construct clean and organized creative deliverables that adhere to style guidelinesParticipate in brainstorms and other idea-generating team sessions
What We’d Like To See

3+ years of visual design experience
Strong leadership and teamwork skills—the ability to work with Art Directors as well as the confidence and skill to communicate your ideas clearly
A passion for all aspects of design including conceptual thinking, typography, motion, copy, and imagerySolid understanding of Facebook/Instagram products
Proven understanding of content creation for Tik Tok, Youtube and Pinterest
Proven understanding of print design
Proven understanding of design for digital ads Proven understanding of web design
