Owning the day-to-day execution of audience management and permissions, the part-time Platform Producer will handle high-volume operational requests, manage access across multiple systems, and establish documentation to enhance business self-service in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain standard and bespoke audiences in RPM
Triage, process, and fulfill access requests across multiple platforms while ensuring compliance and data privacy
Document data privacy rules and create instructional guides to streamline audience management processes

Required qualifications:

Practical experience administering user access and audience segmentation in multi-system environments
Clear understanding of data privacy principles and governance rules related to managing people data
Ability to diagnose and resolve user access discrepancies and permission issues
Demonstrated ability to create structured documentation and standard operating procedures
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
