Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)

Job Overview

Print & Packaging: Design and execute all print collateral, including packaging, menu inserts, brand stationery, and other campaign materials.

OOH & Marketing: Create large-scale visual assets for Out-of-Home advertising, billboards, and physical marketing displays.

Digital Brand Assets: Develop static social media graphics, emailers, and website banners that align with the brand’s aesthetic.

Brand Consistency: Act as the custodian of the brand's style guide, ensuring color accuracy and typographic consistency across all platforms.

Vendor Coordination: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure the final physical output meets our quality standards.

AI-Assisted Workflow: Proactively utilize AI tools for tasks like background expansion, image retouching, generative fill, and asset variation to maximize creative output.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Must be up-to-date with the latest AI design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva Magic Studio) and demonstrate how to best utilize them for speed and high-quality output.

Speed & Turnaround: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines without compromising on attention to detail.

Deep understanding of layout design, typography, and print production processes (CMYK, bleed, paper types).

A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of high-impact print work, digital designs, and AI-enhanced creative assets.
