Creative Motion Designer Join Superside as a Creative Motion Designer, where you will design engaging motion graphics for leading global brands. Collaborate with dedicated account teams across different time zones while managing multiple projects with high attention to detail. This role supports creative leads to help clients achieve their goals and add business value through innovative design.
Key Responsibilities Design and create motion graphics across various formats.
Collaborate with account teams in a remote-first environment.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Support creative leads in achieving customer goals through design.
Integrate technical motion innovations, including Rive and Lottie animations.
Explore AI-powered tools for video, image generation, and animation enhancements.
Work on interactive motion projects that enhance storytelling and engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications BA or higher in Design, Creative, Communications, or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion design and animation.
Mastery of After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop; experience in 3D and video editing is a plus.
Deep understanding of animation principles and visual storytelling.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with AI-enhanced motion tools and emerging creative technologies.
Knowledge of UI design systems and preferably some understanding of HTML5.
