Sports Minded Marketing and Promotions

Are you competitive, driven, and motivated by growth? Do you enjoy working toward goals, being part of a team, and pushing yourself to improve?

We are looking for a Sports-Minded Marketing & Promotions Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and brings the same mindset often found in athletics: discipline, teamwork, coachability, and a desire to win.

In this role, you'll work directly with local businesses to help promote products and services, build professional relationships, and support business growth initiatives. You'll receive hands-on training in marketing, promotions, business-to-business sales, and leadership development.

What You'll Do:

Represent clients through business-to-business marketing and promotional initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and decision-makers
Learn how to communicate product and service solutions based on client needs
Participate in marketing and promotional campaigns designed to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition
Work alongside a team to meet individual and company performance goals
Receive ongoing coaching and training in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership
Take on additional responsibilities as you develop and demonstrate leadership capabilities

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with a competitive mindset who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a team.

You may be a great fit if you:

Enjoy competition and working toward measurable goals
Have a background or interest in sports, athletics, teamwork, or other performance-driven environments
Are coachable and open to feedback
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
Are motivated by personal and professional growth
Enjoy working face-to-face with clients and other professionals
Can bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic every day

Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, athletics, or promotions is helpful, but not required. We provide training for individuals who are motivated to learn and grow.
