Location: Charlotte, NC | Onsite
Employment Type: Temporary Assignment | 18+ Months
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Compensation: $55-$60/hour
Combine your marketing expertise, Spanish fluency, and understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer market in a role supporting high-impact customer marketing initiatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketer who understands multicultural consumer engagement and can manage complex campaigns from strategy through execution.
Responsibilities Develop, execute, and optimize retail branch marketing programs
Support Spanish-language marketing initiatives, communications, and customer-facing materials
Apply U.S. Hispanic consumer insights to marketing strategy and execution
Translate business objectives into effective branch marketing solutions
Manage complex marketing projects from planning through implementation
Coordinate multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with creative, agency, business, and cross-functional partners
Review marketing materials for quality, consistency, and effective customer communication
Use customer insights and campaign results to identify opportunities for improvement
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
7+ years of related experience in marketing, channel marketing, retail marketing, program management, marketing communications, or a related discipline
Fluent Spanish - written and verbal, with the ability to support the development, review, and execution of Spanish-language marketing initiatives, communications, and customer-facing materials
Demonstrated understanding of the U.S. Hispanic consumer market, including cultural insights, consumer behaviors, and factors influencing marketing engagement
Experience in banking, financial services, consumer retail, or another client-focused retail environment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex marketing projects and multiple priorities
Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working effectively across a matrixed organization
Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
Advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office skills
Preferred Qualifications Retail branch, physical-channel, signage, merchandising, or customer experience marketing experience
Consumer or retail banking marketing experience
Experience managing agencies, print production, signage vendors, or marketing fulfillment partners
Experience working within Risk, Legal, and Compliance review processes
Experience with Workfront, Aprimo, or similar workflow platforms
Experience using customer insights, market research, and campaign analytics
Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
