Love beautiful design, stationery, ribbons, pretty details, and creating things with your hands? Enveloped is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-obsessed Graphic Design & Production Assistant to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both graphic design and bringing beautiful products to life. Some days you’ll be perfecting artwork in Illustrator or editing photos in Photoshop, and other days you may be assembling invitations, tying bows, preparing samples, packaging orders, or helping us get ready for an expo or open house.

What You’ll Do
Enveloped | Houston, Texas
Part-Time | In Person

Edit and prepare artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Retouch and edit photos in Photoshop, including color correction, background removal, cleanup, and resizing

Prepare polished proofs and print-ready production files

Update names, wording, dates, fonts, colors, photographs, and event details accurately

Review every project for spelling, spacing, alignment, consistency, and visual balance

Assemble invitations and stationery using ribbons, bows, vellum, acrylic, wax seals, paper, adhesives, and other finishing details

Help create samples and prepare new products

Organize artwork, files, samples, and production materials

Assist with quality control, packaging, and order preparation

Help with expos, open houses, and special events when needed

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

Are proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Have experience with photo editing and retouching in Photoshop

Are comfortable working on a Mac and macOS

Are bilingual in English and Spanish
Have a strong eye for typography, color, composition, and spacing

Are extremely detail-oriented and love pixel-perfect work

Are crafty and genuinely enjoy working with your hands

Can neatly work with ribbons, bows, paper, adhesives, and delicate materials

Are organized, dependable, punctual, and eager to learn

Take feedback well and care about getting the details right

Enjoy stationery, fashion, packaging, events, and beautiful design

Experience with Adobe InDesign, photography, print production, Shopify, Cricut, laser-cut files, or web design is a plus.

Schedule

Approximately 12–16 hours per week to start

In-person at our Houston studio

Scheduling flexibility may be available around school

Additional hours may be available during busy production periods, expos, and open-house seasons

Some weekend availability is occasionally needed for events
