Sales and Marketing Management Trainee

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to develop real-world experience in sales, marketing, communication, and leadership while working toward increased responsibility within a growing team.

No previous sales or management experience is required.

We provide hands‑on training, one‑on‑one coaching, and ongoing development from day one.

What You’ll Do
As a Sales & Marketing Management Trainee, you’ll begin by learning the fundamentals of our business through hands‑on experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Representing nonprofit organizations through face‑to‑face marketing and fundraising campaigns

Engaging with potential supporters at events and other approved locations

Communicating campaign missions and building positive relationships with the public

Developing sales, marketing, and customer engagement skills

Participating in daily training and one‑on‑one coaching

Learning how to track individual and team performance

Supporting event setup, execution, and campaign operations

Progressively developing skills in training, recruitment, team leadership, and management
