OPEx Communications Co-op: Elevate Site Engagement (Gurabo)

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Communications Co-op at the Gurabo site in Puerto Rico. The role runs January through December 2027, full-time 40 hours per week, supporting tactical execution of site communications and employee engagement.
You will work with the Communications Team and cross-functional stakeholders to coordinate content, calendars, and internal channels while gaining hands-on experience in corporate communications and branding tools.
