In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands.WHAT YOU’LL DOManage key day-to-day client relationships and partners, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and sophisticated conflict resolutionDeliver channel strategies and tactics for specific product launchesTrack work progress and deliverables and relay client feedback to teamProvide strategic marketing guidance and thought leadershipUnderstand your clients’ businesses while simultaneously educating clients about how we can help them achieve their goalsBecome fluent in business objectives and organization goalsOversee client profitability/burn report, account budgeting/actualization and measurement metrics that demonstrate clear return to the clientWork with internal team to develop, maintain, and adhere to schedules and plans as outlined by clientAcquire proper internal and client approvals to ensure smooth and timely project executionLead client presentations and prepare for tough client questions and being able to contribute in discussions that shifts the room toward a desired outcomeCommunicate and follow up with clients and internal departments regarding all projects to address any concernsMaintain working knowledge all aspects of production with vendors on behalf of the clientPrepare and oversee the status of all client jobs and/or projects, confirm that all jobs are delivered on-time, and expedite operations that delay or alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditionsLead internal milestones for the pitch process, conducting market research, drafting proposals, and building the first-draft staffing plans against agreed-upon deliverablesBuild successful partnerships with client business leads and key decision makers to increase and expand revenue opportunities by identifying production solutionsDevelop staffing plans and proposals for new projects and briefsMaintain rigor and consistency in use of agency financial systems and templatesREQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE4+ years in an account management role or similar preferably within a creative advertising agency, with a specific emphasis on social media content strategy and executionBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related fieldProven account management and client communication skillsDeep understanding of the social landscape and social platforms, features and best practicesExperience with scoping, timeline creation, project management, margin, and revenue growth in close partnership with project management, production and finance teamsKnowledge of brand experience, influencer/creator marketing, social-first creative and strategy playbooksCuriosity about clients’ business and a passion for solving business problemsFinancial literacy and management of budgetsDemonstrated expertise and experience delivering channel assets – from up front strategy and planning through activation and executionHighly proficient with Google Suite and SlackBaseline knowledge of A.I. tools and functions.
