Senior Retail Media Strategy Lead

Skai is seeking a Senior Expert Services Manager to lead strategy, performance and outcomes for enterprise retail media client accounts. You own planning through hands-on execution, advising clients and shaping how Skai’s platform is used to drive measurable business results.
Based in the United States with up to 10-15% travel, you will mentor colleagues, collaborate with product, sales and engineering, and contribute to playbooks while delivering strategic reviews and client-ready analyses.
