Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a luxury watch brand, is seeking a Temporary Marketing Coordinator to join their team in NYC on a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH). This is a temporary role through the end of the year, with potential to extend based on performance and the needs of the business.

The Marketing Coordinator provides day-to-day support across partner communications, budget tracking, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, maintaining accurate reporting, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties Include

Support daily marketing operations and project coordination across multiple initiatives

Serve as a key point of contact for external partners, managing communication, follow-ups, and ongoing requests

Track budgets, expenses, invoices, and marketing spend, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting

Maintain project trackers, records, reports, and supporting documentation

Assist with marketing campaigns, partnerships, and special projects as needed

Prepare presentations, reports, and other marketing materials

Support leadership with administrative, reporting, and coordination needs

Manage multiple deadlines and priorities while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail

Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications Include

1+ year of professional experience in marketing, business operations, project coordination, or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline preferred

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Experience managing budgets, invoices, expense tracking, and reporting

Strong organizational, multitasking, and project coordination skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Comfortable managing ongoing communication with external partners and stakeholders

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through

Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Interest in marketing, media, luxury, retail, or consumer brands preferred

Pay: $28 - $30/hr
