Job type:
Full Time

Senior Director, Corporate Communications
Greater Boston, hybrid, 2 days/week in office

A late-stage neurology biopharmaceutical company is hiring a Senior Director of Corporate Communications as it approaches a major regulatory milestone and moves toward its first commercial launch. The company's lead program is a Phase 3 asset in epilepsy, with additional Phase 3 programs underway in depression and an early-stage pipeline in pain. Market capitalization has roughly doubled over the past year, and the company continues to build out its leadership team as it scales.

The role spans four areas:

Product and brand communications: lead messaging and materials that build awareness of the company's lead asset and support launch readiness, working closely with Commercial and Medical Affairs

Corporate communications: build and protect the company's reputation as it moves toward commercialization, including HCP- and patient-facing content

Investor communications: contribute to earnings materials, investor presentations, and corporate content in partnership with the CFO and Investor Relations, working within a broader corporate and product communications strategy

Executive communications: support visibility for senior leaders through thought leadership and industry engagement

Note: this is not a traditional investor relations role. Investor communications is one part of a broader corporate and product communications remit, not the primary focus. The mix will shift over time based on company priorities.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Communications, this person will work closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Corporate Affairs leadership, with regular exposure to the CEO and CFO.
