Overview

  • We are looking for a senior-level learning communications professional and skilled copywriter to help execute an already-planned engagement strategy across marketing events, campaigns and activations that support our key risk areas.
  • You'll work in close partnership with employess of the Regulatory, Risk and Ethics Learning (RREL) team, who own the overall strategy and set priorities, while bringing senior-level judgment, craft and creative problem-solving to how the work gets executed.
  • This role translates complex legal, compliance and ethics concepts into clear, compelling, audience-ready language for a global, non-expert employee audience.
  • You're right for this role if you are obsessed with the learner experience, enjoy demystifying complex concepts, bring creativity while staying focused on the business need, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

The impact you'll make

During this engagement, you'll help shape how compliance and ethics show up in the day-to-day employee experience — writing and executing content that builds awareness and drives action across our key risk areas, bringing depth of experience to a strategy owned by the Regulatory, Risk and Ethics Learning team.

Minimum qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience supporting and executing large-scale internal communication plans focused on enterprise-wide compliance, risk and ethics learning
  • Demonstrated senior-level copywriting and content writing experience, with a portfolio of work spanning enterprise campaigns and communications
  • Experience writing for multiple modalities with the purpose of influencing and shaping mindsets and behaviors at scale across a global workforce
  • Experience partnering directly with senior business stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deliverables-based environment
  • Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy on execution while staying aligned to team-owned strategy and priorities
  • Excellent time-management, organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Learning Science, Education, Legal, Compliance or a related field
  • Experience supporting campaigns, events or activations as part of a broader engagement strategy
  • Knowledge of online content strategy and creation
  • Experience in the Legal, Compliance & Ethics space, or in a heavily regulated environment
  • Experience with filming and production, and with supporting additional learning modalities —including concise video experiences that enhance or reinforce learning (preferred, not required)
  • Comfort with less traditional formats — interactive video, produced communications segments, podcasts, experiential activities, just-in-time support
